How to Print Page Totals For Department IDs And Reset Counters
Note – This only works if you have Canon Accounting setup for your organization. If you need help setting up the tracking to begin with, let us know so we can help!
1. Press (Settings/Registration) → [Management Settings] → [User Management] → [Department ID Management] → [Page Totals].
2. Press [Print List] to print the counter information for each of the Department IDs displayed on the touch panel display.
3. To reset the counter information for each department, select the department → press [Clear].
4. To reset the counter information for all the departments, press [Clear All Totals].
